There is nothing better than an beautiful avocado dip on crisp bread. It is filling, healthy and delicious, what more could you ask for. Below is an Avocado Dip with a slight Twist that we have whipped up for you to try.

Mash avocado in a bowl until smooth or clumpy, whatever you prefer. We have a great cooking gadget that works well for this. The Savanna Avo Shark will help you de-pip, scoop and mash the avocado. Once you have a mashed Avo, add tomato, cottage cheese, corn, garlic and lemon juice. Stir the ingredients softly until combine. Wallah, serve with a crisp bread and a light drizzle of olive oil.

3 large avocados, chopped
1 small tomato, deseeded, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons cottage cheese
1/4 cup of corn kernals, cooked
The cottage cheese gives it a more creamy taste while the corn adds some crunch!
