The extra large Scanpan Impact Roaster is ideal for roasting large cuts of meat or baking bigger batches of casserole.
It includes a removable rack to allow even heat circulation and let excess juices drip at the bottom. Made of premium stainless steel, it is also oven safe up to 260C.
